Shipping Policy

1. Serviceable Locations

We currently ship across India to all pincodes serviceable by our logistics partners (Shiprocket, Delhivery, Bluedart). International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping is free on prepaid orders above ₹1,999. A flat fee of ₹49 applies to orders below this threshold. Express delivery (1–2 business days, where serviceable) is available for an additional ₹149.

3. Delivery Timelines

Standard orders are delivered within 4–6 business days of dispatch. Made-to-order pieces (bridal sets, certain gold items) may take an additional 5–12 business days for crafting before dispatch, as indicated on the product page.

4. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track your order anytime from My Account → Orders & Tracking.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. Undelivered packages after 3 attempts will be returned to our warehouse, and a refund will be initiated for prepaid orders.

6. Packaging

All jewellery is shipped in tamper-evident, discreet packaging for security, with a signature required on delivery for high-value items.
